simple things that I cook

Over-Easy/Medium/Hard Eggs

Ingedients:

oil the pan, crack the egg into the pan. When the egg gets towards the degree of cooked that you prefer, add vinegar and flip to get the egg well vinegared. Then season with the rest of the ingredients and take off the fire.

Fried rice cake

soak your rice cakes in water. Soak your wood ear mushrooms as well if they're dehydrated. Cut your bok choy into about approx one inch squares. Cut your pork into bite sized chunks if necessary as well. First cook the meat with oil, some black pepper, some white pepper, and soy sauce- medium heat. Remove from pan and add in the bok choy and wood ear. Salt immediately to release the juices from the bok choy, then add black pepper- high heat. Drain the rice cakes and dump them in. Add salt and pepper. Stir fry until the cakes are chewy and a few are beginning to brown.

Vinegar potato

Joulinne the potato. Soak in water and squeeze out the starch. Cook the ground pork, remove from fire. Make sure the pan is well oiled and add the potato. Stir fry until no longer crunchy and then add vinegar. Add back in the pork and then season.
